Loetz enameled vase, Rosaopal m. schwarz, PN II-3647, ca. 1915

Although the shape dates to 1906, this rare example of pink opal glass from the "Tango" era was made a little later - ca. 1915. It is made a little more elegant with the rosa opal ground and little black enameled flowers painted by the Wilms family. This fine example has a black enameled cut rim (no pontil), and stands about 18.8 cm (7.5") tall.
