Help identifying lamp or glass pattern.

Got this from my dad who got it from his aunt. It has a non matching glass shade and would like to find one that goes to it.

Any ideas on a maker? Design name on the glass? Looks like only markings are on the wick thumb turn wheel. "Made in US of America"
