    I think this Czech, and hope someone might recognise the application of the handle, which is semi distinctive! It is missing the very bottom of the coil, but it appears to have been rounded, not a thread, if the limescale was anything to go by.
    If I am way off mark, please let me know!
    It is 25.5cm tall.
