I've been busy hunting for more arrow heads but all I'm finding are stones that are carved into various animals and humans. I've found almost 100 and still counting. Some have more than one feature. The features are eagles, fish, bears ect. I'm sending one that I thought to be quite unique. It's a strange blue and tan color. It has lots of detail work all over it. From what I can count there are 5 different animals. What is unique is the human figure in picture 4. It's to the left top. You'll see the eyes, nose and what looks like a mustache except right under that is small mans head. It's really strange. The piece is a little creepy. Please if anyone knows anything about these I would really love the information. Thanks for your time and help.
I don't know about this one but I'd sure like to see the animals. Zuni tribe carved a lot of animal fetish. Not sure where you are.
Also, Amer. Indians didn't have beards until the mixed.
Hi and Thanks for your comments. I live in Pasco Cty. Fl. I'm going to put the other one on so you can see it. There is so much going on in each piece. I can't figure out how they made them or who made them.
Natural rock in my idea, not carved.
Looks like fossils.
I can't imagine how mother nature could make all the features on so many different animals on one small rock. There is a lot of the natural elements worked in like the crystals for the eyes. I have too many from one area that are made out of different rock material. They all have features of fish and animals. I'm going to take some pictures of some of the others showing the different rocks used and animals. See what you think then.
Do you know what kind of rock it is?
No I don't. All I know is that it has a light blue quartz inside the stone. I haven't been able to find anything that looks like it on the internet.
