I picked this up at a local auction for a little over $100. It appears to be pretty old but still in good shape. The sides of the drawers are labeled with the ingredients and one says opium so I suspect it's old based on that alone. I believe it is oak but am not sure. All the handles still have their glass covers for the labels.
I cleaned it up a lot as it was really dirty and came with a giant spider ( I didn't pay extra for that). It was sitting in an empty house for years from what I am told. I think I got a good deal on this but haven't found this online anywhere else to compare. Anyone have any idea of the history, etc. The ruler beneath it in the one photo is a yard stick so its about 3 feet long and a couple feet high
