    Can any tell me about this porcelain figurine lamp - dates back to 50s or earlier - has letters JB with a big H on base as per photo. Lamp about 40"with Figurine about 24" - very heavy

      Made by J.B. Hirsch in NYC. They are mid 60's and some I have seen have people who brought in saying they bought in the mid 1960's. I have seen them brought in to antique shows and also seen more than a few with figures painted white with hints of color also.
