I think this spatter is in two layers..... Red, Orange and Yellow first then a second layer of Cobalt Blue only. The spatter(s) is/are between two clear layers. In the main the Cobalt looks black but here and there you can see it to be cobalt.
I bought this thinking it to be the Welz décor Red, Yellow and Black(Cobalt) but it isn't.....
