Purchased from Carl Forslund over 40 years ago, I have not seen one like it since. Base is milk glass I think it is Fenton glass because of milk glass bottom. It is similar to the white moon and star lamp I posted.

It appears the milk glass base in many similar designs was made for Fenton by L.G. Wright. A very beautiful combination of blue you have there! They were also responsible for their own lamps as I have a pair of cranberry daisy and fern (attributed to LGW) without the spider and shade as they were made for the ruffled upright shades. Fenton made their own ruffled shades but they were eight sided vs. LG's six sided- very interesting stuff out there! matthew
