Vera Wang Wedgewood Stiletto pattern open decanter

Found this at a local swap shop. Small acid stamp on base. It took quite a while to ID this even with the stamp, as it had been used as a vase and had hard water stains on the bottom. My sixteen year old daughter took one look at it and said "Dad, what are you doing with a bong?" Of course my immediate reply was "How do you know what a bong looks like?"
