Robert Maxwell [?] Piggy Bank, maybe?

i picked this up at Urban Ore in Berkeley today. It looks like a Robert Maxwell piggy bank, but there were many people imitating him at the time. i think this is signed just underside of the tail, but it filled w/ glaze and is difficult to read. if it is maxwell, it would be great because most of the stuff you see attributed to him or even w/ his lable was made in a mold and this was all wheel-thrown and pieced together. regardless, i like it. very california 70s.
