Need any information on this small wood Baby, measures 4 1/4" long and has "Week 8 1004 " on it's leg. That's all I have, exhausted all avenues of research, can't find anything. HELP

It is a artist made doll unsigned but made in 1991 . Hard to tell who artist was that sculpted it as they did not sign it .
