I found this at a garage sale and discovered the note behind the broken frame. Is it possibly a Original?? as I have learned that Hotel Okura in Tokyo had a fine Asian art Museum in its hotel. The picture has almost a change in the colors as the picture is turned. Is it silk work, threaded ????

I think this is probably a tapestry sold at the Hotel as a souvenir and is based on one of the original wood block prints Katsushika made. Possibly the hotel museum has this actual print.
It is a machine made tapestry and is possibly silk threaded but may be a polyester.
      Whaterver, it's lovely!
