This is a lovely vase, to me at least! It has a fluid, elegant shape with ever changing background tones and pretty enamelling to add further interest. The marbling goes through to the inside and it has a clear outer casing.
Here I should thank Michelleb007 for her post of a vase in the same décor which enabled me to recognise it when it was listed as something else.
As ever my camera struggled with accurately reproducing dark red so there are only three images. It is highly glossy and I couldn't avoid the reflections. All in all a photographic nightmare!

I will add a pic of the lip tomorrow...9 pm here. I took one of the rim today but it was discarded with the ones that turned out bright pink!

Hi Ivonne, as you see in picture two you can turn the enamelling to the wall! Nothing to forgive.....:-)

Oh Peggy, I only just saw this - what a great example! The swirls in the marbled glass are really beautiful, and you did a great job capturing it and the enamel work as well. I had such a hard time photographing mine, I know. I'll have to add this one to my files of enameled Rindskopfs! :)
