    This is a Milk Glass bowl I need help to identify. It measures about 8x5x4" inches. Is heavy, weighs about 3 pounds. Thank you.

      looks like it's a pattern from the McKee Innovation line #410. This line was originally pressed glass patterns with cut motifs. As the pattern was later reproduced by Kemple, and also by Smith, the cut motif was incorporated into the mold, thus eliminating the need for hand finishing. Not certain who made this one but guessing possibly L.E. Smith. I think Smith may still be making glass baskets in this pattern.

      thanks Katherine : ) it is a nice bowl. I did happen across one where the listing mentions Kemple line #129 for this reproduction.

      Thanks Tallcakes and Catherine. I picked it up for $2.00 at a thrift store last week. I am quite pleased now to know its "ancestry"!
