Crystal glass with a golden colored metal cart. Can't seem to locate this style with cart. Like to know the year of production and the maker. Help!

A sort of novelty item. Closest guess I can make is mid-1950s. I don't know if ít's possible to identify the maker.
Do you have any images of the underside?
Any images of the pattern on the coasters? Can you post one top side up? That might help. Also is the Wagon Brass? Are there any marks under it?
I am thinking late '60's - early "70's in my opinion, could be earlier ??.....popular item for homes!!
antiquerose, i think the cart is brass, i also posted two more pictures of the coasters. I hope this will help.
