Black cane seat chair

I recently bought this chair for only 10 euro's (in Belgium, about 10 dollars), I guess because it had woodworm damage and was a bit wobbly. I reglued the joints, and now it is fine. I absolutely love this chair because of its shape and its patina, and I am convinced it is a real antique, yet I would like to know how old it really is. My best guess is 1810-40 because it is Regency-ish and is definitely completely handwork, yet I am not an expert. Somebody has a better idea?
