I recently bought this GIANT 'James Dean' poster but couldn't find much information besides James Dean and his acting career. I saw one similar poster in one of the blogs except that the date in it is different and he is in different attire. No other information. The framing company who framed this poster has been closed long back.
I would love to know anything more about this one or where can I find if there is any value to it. If it is valuable, great! If not, goes on my art room wall.
In either case please help me solve this mystery .

Great poster. He looks like a hipster. Does it look old, especially from the back? Should be some yellowing and perhaps brittle edges.
Yes, the paper shows age (overall yellowing as you would see in old paper, I can't see the edges since it is inside the frame). It probably was framed when it was purchased I don't know when. It still has the framing company label on it but the place has been closed long back.
Its a pose from the movie, latter part, where he was supposed to be older and has a scene with Taylor by his oil well.
