I've had this candle holder for a while and never thought I'd post it on CW but it reminds the Japanese vase posted by Karen some days ago and I thought it might be interesting to see how designers on different chemispheres reach similar effects inspiring each another or independently.
I'm not sure if this is Polish art glass although it said to be a product of Institute of Glass and Ceramics in Cracow, but I haven't seen any documentation.
Enjoy looking!

Thanks AGal for the comment. It makes sense and can join two options, since i've come across somewhere an item described as made in Tarnowiec and designed by S?uczan-Orkusz.It must had been produced before Tarnowiec was incorporated by Makora.BTW the ownership and organizational transformations in the area of glass production in our country cause I don't quite follow it ;/
Thanks AGal ,it was nice to share thoughts :)
