Antique Silver Bow Brooch?

After weeks of research, I again am asking for some help with this piece. I believe it is SUPER old and hand made. The pin behind it shows that it is of finer quality and if you look at the back of this piece it seems as though this piece was hand made!! Please!! If there is ANY information you can throw my way i would appreciate it! I am dying to know any history on it as the uniqueness is not only inspiring as an artist but as an aspiring metal sculpture myself. Unfortunately i am still a beginner and have much to learn!
