    Hi.
I have a plate and seeking information on. I can not find anything on the internet.
The features are: square. 17 cm by side. cobalt blue-red. The backstamp: double phoenix (not "Nikko"), "TS" in the center and "Imperial Ironstone China". Nothing else.

Can you tell me about the brand and origin of the plate?

I await your prompt response, thank you very much.
    Greetings from Argentina.
