    Just found this beauty but don't know a thing about it,.
    Says Olympus Japan on fron #220235 and googled it but cant find anything on it.. Any expertise would be appreciated.. Thanks!

      The number above is the number on the main frame.. not on the lenses..
      The lenses all have their own numbers

      A regular lab type binocular compound 'scope. Olympus was a good, inexpensive 'scope back in the 60s. It employs a mechanical stage, which is the device which allows controlled movement of the slide for viewing. It looks like a five objective head, so it woiuld have had multiple strength objectives plus an oil immersion one.

      From the photos, it looks like it would work. If you are not sure, don't try cleaning the optics as they are critical. Maybe you can find clear instructions on line. Let me know how you are doing with this as I can help as a last resort.
