Detailed and very good watercolor painting. Looks vintage and retro with sailors and bathers in a city harbor. Signed, but artist is unknown. Found with another watercolor of a mountain desert landscape and white stucco home. These pieces were found here in Cincinnati. Would really like to know who the artist is.
