Four with patterned etching around the saucer area. The stems are green. Does anyone know a time period for production, pattern name, use, etc. for these? My mother was given these by a friend back in the 1970s.

The etching reminds me of Fostoria. Check the bottoms for an acid marked name of the maker.

If I had to venture a guess - just a wild guess - I'd say Morgantown. I have two books on Morgantown Glass I can check later, however I won't have access to
them for a few days. Have saved the pics.

I checked in Morgantown books; not a match but very similar to "#759 Priscilla" etching shown on pg 90 of A Handbook of Old Morgantown Glass, Vol I (2001)
