Japanese? ladies cigarette case

I really need some help with this as this was amongst a box of items that I bought at auction and I can find out nothing about it on line.
All I can say is it is a ladies cigarette case on a finger chain with I think Japanese decoration
My Japanese is non existent so I have no idea if the Japanese writing inside is a signature or not.
