Asian woodblock print / watercolor

I purchased this piece from a custom framing store , on the the back it reads " unidentified " so the gentleman sold it to me for what i thought was a very reasonable price. So now im hoping that perhaps you guys would be so kind to help me identify it . Im not sure if it is infact an woodblock or a watercolor. I'm really not sure if its Chinese , Japanese , or Korean.
