These are two of my favorite finds!! I am not sure if it is a "Gawdy" piece because it has a paneled/scalloped edge to it. It looks like hand painted Transferware to me. There is paint under the glaze on the back of the saucer and a red 1841. The cup has no mark that I can find. I absolutely treasure these two and wish I could learn more about them.
