What kind of jar am I?

I found this old jar and have no idea what it is. On outside of jar it has marks every 2 ounces up to 32. On the bottom at 3:00 it has the number 37 underlined;at 6:00 has a picture I cat quite make out, possibly boy on bike; at 9:00 the number 7. Does anyone know what it is? I am guessing it was made in 1937.
