Call me crazy, but when I saw this set I *had* to have it. The clown in the back is a decanter and the hat comes off.
The decanter is about 12" tall and 5-1/2" diameter.
The cups are about 5-1/2" tall and 2-3/4" diameter.
No marks or indications of who made it or where it came from. Pontil marks on all pieces.

The ones I see on eBay right now are all marked as Murano. According to one of the sellers, the set was purchased by the owner's mother in Italy during a vacation. There's also a set of tumblers listed as Venini.
I've never seen any in person with stickers to verify that so you may want to just use the info as a place to start.
I would be smiling before I decanted and drank using this.

@swfinluv1 Of the three I have, only one has a partial sticker but it's pretty generic. I've seen a few that look like this out of Mexico as well.
@racer4four I know! I laugh when I look at it. My wife thinks I'm crazy for buying it, but for $40 I thought it was a steal. The plus side to these is if you're drinking alone you have someone to talk to :)
