Unable to find any kind of Date or anything in English to tell me what this document is. Almost look as though it could be a Marriage Certificate or Some type of Religious paper. this was rolled up in a box full of dust and other printed material. measures about 16-1/2 x 13-1/2 inches. thick cloth like paper. Any Help with this is greatly Appreciated. Like what type of document it is?? how old it is??? and who signed in on the Bottom.???
