There's next to nothing on the web about these tour rallies. I bought this award plate off a friend for $4.00. I think the artwork is fantastic, and admire Polychrome ceramics. There's a minor chip on the back, but nobody sees that...
Made by Schoonhoven Ceramics (Keramiek).

"Founded in 1920, the Schoonhoven Keramiek company uses the production process of the 17th century - carefully blended white-firing clay is molded, first fired, then decorated, covered with a thin layer of glaze and finally fired at approximately 1,000° C. This final firing enhances the luster & color."
