    Hi
This is another clock I bought off eBay
I got it for £41.00 was that I good price?
I know it's slate with green marble on the edge
I have been told it's around 1890s and is a French movement
I forget the watchmakers name I have been told but I remember
In the name it had Paris
Thank you for helping to identify who made etc the clock

      Hi,
Your clock is indeed French and does date to around 1880-1900. Perhaps if you remove the bell, you will find something like a maker's stamp on the movement. If you can tell what it says that will help in identifying it. As for the price, at £41 you made a very good investment. Well done and thanks for sharing!
      Regards.
