    This quart size black glass rum or ale bottle was dug from a 1850's privy in down town Savannah. I love this type of glass and bottle so much history for it to tell. Last photo from the backyard.

      I love these things also & feel a history "tingle" when I find & hold them. I live in an area loaded for finding things in old trash dumps/prives but too old to take advantage of the opportunities.
