Well, Kralik is my best guess. This was on the same shelf as the last - I must have looked quite delirious taking them both to the till. I must say with some of the Kralik/Poschinger/other posts that I get somewhat confused - so this may fit in there.
I have these jewelled tadpoles on several pieces now that fit best with a Kralik ID - all posted here.
This is 16.4cm high.

Ian, I really like the tadpoles applied decor and jewels, fabulous.
Bring to the till instead of get delivery, what i nice feeling to save a little there, LOL
