I bought this framed poster at a flea market some years ago. I hung it on the wall and didn't think much about it other than thinking how nice it was....then, one day, started looking on the net for more. Every single darn one of them shows Elvis, not the Duke. I looked again tonight, and only found the one pictured here, with Elvis.
There is no mention anywhere of there being two different posters.
????
Thanks to anyone who can help!
Odd scene really. The scene really is taken from several films. 1 x Casablanca is a 1942 American romantic drama film directed by Michael Curtiz and based on Murray Burnett and Joan Alison's unproduced stage play Everybody Comes to Rick's. The film stars Humphrey Bogart, Ingrid Bergman. John Wayne wasn't in the film and neither was James Dean.
GeodeJem - that is a separate poster from the same artist: "Evening At Rick's" by George Bungarda.

I emailed the artist....we'll see what happens.... :)
Nicefice - George Bungarda's stuff is amazing. I did come across another person on the net who also has one like mine, showing John Wayne instead of Elvis. I hope I get a reply to my email.
Nicefice, I hope I get an answer from George Bungarda about my poster. I wonder how long I'll be waiting for that!
