I have dug pontil soda bottles that are from Hamilton Glass Works. This is the one and only whiskey bottle that I have ever dug or seen from that Glass Co. It is a quart size smooth base bottle with an applied top. It was dug in a 1850's dump in Charleston and all the other bottles that were dug with it were pontil.
