This iten came in a box of estate junk. It appears to be a old lighter. It has a flint wheel, but no place for flint. The thumb screw allows a plunger to go up and down t o push fuel to top. The tube part of this item is 5/8" inside measurement. I thought maybe it might be some kind of carbide lighter. I haven't probed around but the fitting directly on top appears to be an orfice. The side of the tube has PAT. PEND. but no number. Both ends are just friction fit. I would really like know what this thing is.

This is a pin stripping tool. The can holds the paint and the wheel rolls it on. Most were thrown away as being useless. No way to compare this tool with a brush in a steady hand.

Good example of something that "looks like a duck, walks like a duck & quacks like a a duck", - but isn't a duck!
