      Hi
This one probably from the 1930, it's hard to see the Patent date on it, because your picture are sideways as you know.
Bankers service corporation, was one of multiple Steel Bank maker from the 20 century, with recording safe company, W.f.burns and Co Burns, of course few others are part of this great era.
Regarding rarity, for sure small is the serial number at the top, more rare are the steel bank is, with always precaution on this, in your case #533, add to this how long the bank being in business, tell the rest of the story.
Use Wd40 with soft cloth, scrub the dirt on it, the wd40 feed the metal, it prevent also the rust to take place, use a clean cloth to remove the rest of wd40 remaining after few hours.
I am not collected Bankers Service Corporation, no particular reason for it, i collected, W.F.Burns Company, Auxiliary safe Co,and Lodi Steel Bank Maker.
