I know not everyone is a fan of post-war glass and the interest for me is with reservation, but Chribska submerged and worked bowls and vases are one of my weaknesses.
Perhaps because this is very much a new take on an old shape (think knuckle bowl meets flared rim squat vase), perhaps because of the cheeky smudge of pink and acid yellow, perhaps because the block of glass is so different to the fine ware we are used to pre-war, or maybe for all these reasons, I love it!
The base is highly polished and unsigned.
I don't have any catalogues, so any links or dates would be great.
It is 10cm high x 20cm wide.
Love those optics !!!!
Very nice colour combo !!!!
Chribska did wonderful stuff.
I love this colour combo too - different!
Josef Hospodka ????? maybe ??
