We just never feel like there are enough Gas Pumps at the Lakeside Storage Museum. This Cool old Bennet tall pump will be awesome when we install the missing Bezel. The nice little Conoco/Tokheim came with the Bennet out of a Barn. Finding hidden stuff in an old barn is better than Christmas morning for a little kid! We just never get tired of the hunt and finding cool old stuff for the museum. Aren't we lucky we can blame our hunting OCD on the "need" to fill a museum? You have to admit, calling our Collection a "Museum" and making it free to the public was a real stroke of brilliance. Happy days!
Love your enthusiasm.
Caperkid,
Wow! Are u ever fast on the love it. Even when the Bennet was upside down. Thx
Sean68
Thx again for another love it
You should see me with my six shooter.
Caperkid,
Wait till u see what I dug out of Washington today!!! That'll thrill you!
I'm ready
I call my own house the Twin Peaks County Museum. Although Twin Peaks is not a county.
This is really great! I've actually pumped gas from a pump similar to those in the first pic. It was at an old country store in central Kentucky. After the owner passed away, someone came and stole that gas pump.
Caperkid,
How can I not b enthused when it's the hunt and find that I love so much. It's like a golfer getting a hole in one every time we find one!
Fortapache,
Just call it the Fort Apache Museum & open it to the public
Jscott0363,
Im so old I've pumped gas with about all of them but the Roman Column. A trip for a summer job in Big Fork Montana in the 50s took us past a lot of little towns still using many of these old pumps. I'll never forget those days as a teen.
Caperkid, careful with the quick draw practice! I had a college roommate shoot himself in the kneecap while we were doing quick draw practicing! That was a very long time ago but still sticks with me! I had a Ruger single six & he has a Ruger semi auto. I don't hurry anymore with guns.
Lundy,
Thx for the love it.
