I Brought this large soup bowl in a local charity shop today. I have a feeling it is victorian, but I can't make out the impressed mark, and I can't find the printed mark anywhere either. the bowl is 26 cm across. Any help would be appreciated. There were 10 other bowls for sale but they were very heavy, and the one I bought is cracked, so he let me have it for 50p. It is not fine china, heavy eathenware or ironstone.

Adele I suggest you have a look through this site to see if the marks match anything.
      It's a great starting point:

Thanks racer4four, I will have a look. I live fairly near the potteries so it would make sense it's from there!
