I have never before seen a ring like this: The ring is made of sterling, marked 925, and I am sure it is silver. Hover, the workmanship is really poor.
The "stone" is plastic. What a strange combination!

Efesgirl, many thanks for your links. I did not find any of them before. I am almost 100% sure it is plastic. When I got it, the ring looked really bad. I gave it a good cleaning and now it's ready to play dress-up LOL.
