I found this in the woods in cross south Carolina when I was 11 years old and then gave it to my dad. I never really thought about it until now but I'm thinking it may have some history behind it. Does anyone know what this could be and when it was from?
What an unusual owl! Might it have held a clock or barometer?
Looks like 1930s...an image search didn't turn up anything. I hope someone else here knows what it is.
