I received this as a gift from my parts manager Red Sharp at Star Chrysler in Nashville Tn. Mr. Sharp received it for the most sales in his district from Chrysler Corporation. He retired in 199o.
This clock has a wood frame around it.

I don't think there's much to say about this clock. Mopar Parts and Accessories has a range of advertising products available. Clocks are one of those products.

You mau have to ask Star Chrysler in Nashville about that clock. This is the logo on the clock, with a slight difference in color:
