This Kralik vase is one of my latest acquisitions. My favorite color is maroon, and when this recently came up, I fell in love with it and was fortunate enough to get it. It has a cream and sort of yellowish mottled color which I've seen before on these vases but don't know if that is the way it's supposed to look or if the color has changed over time. It stands 6 1/2" high, which is larger than I've been buying lately and had no room for, so unfortunately one of my babies had to go lol. As always thanks for looking.
Beautiful glass vase Rick...:-)
Wow, really nice!!
Very beautiful indeed.
Love it ! Interesting, can the color change over time ?
Beautiful Rick.
~ WOW ~ Beautiful colors!! The maroon that is drizzled around it...Eye Candy !!
....yeah, can this type of glass change color over time?
I know some things that are exposed to Sun -- can become SUN PURPLE but isn't that just clear glass??

This is a SWEET Find - Congrats !!
Rick, I just love this one. What a great addition to your collection! Maroon is a favorite color of mine, too, and unusual to see in Bohemian glass. I really like the threading against the beautiful mottling on the surface, too.
I love vases with a contrasting inner peeping out! Then it has threading too....an absolute gem of a vase :-)
Great pix of a beautiful vase !!!!

@Peggy... The contrasting innie - outie is what I love most about it.
@ Rosie and Michelle... I agree, the threading adds so much interest and looks beautiful against the background.
@Kevin... Thanks for the pix comment! I was happy with the way they came out.
Thank you Bonny!

Thanks Sean... I value your opinion!
I love your glass collection Rick, I only wish I had the space to do a bit of glass collecting myself.
Thanks for the love Trey and Ken!
@Jean... Thanks so much, I appreciate the compliment! Actually, I don't have much space (for anything new) either. We have four curios which are full, so I find myself having to get rid of something to add something (unless it very small).
