I'm not quite sure what this is, but i assume it's a flower vase or part of a little water feature or something. i found it in the trash a while back. any ideas as to what it is?

Don't know what it is, but it's very interesting for sure!
It's the center section of a bigger piece. This part fits down into the center of a ring of glass bottles attached at angles like this. I think I still have one of the rings at the house; I'll try to get a picture to post when I get back home.
