Got this small painting today at a senior park wide sale. The lady said she got it about 40 years ago or so, just wondering if she was correct.
Is this a British Artist or an Italian ?

Artnet shows an E. Jackson but I don't have access

      I would say American.
The E.Jackson I found that painted with oils was early 20th C and this would fit.

racer4four, you found the artist ? I found 2 paintings on artnet but someone on findartinfo said not the same artist.

racer4four, I took the painting out of the thick frame with glass, here it is all alone.
let me know what you think, also, which one did you find ?
      gonna edit 2 pics
