One cup teapot unique and interesting

I loved this adorable one cup tea pot I bought at a local thrift store. It is so unique and quite heavy.. Wondering if anyone knows if the lettering on the front mean anything? I can't figure out the signature on the bottom either.. I have been learning so much on line about these little pieces of arts.. I'm going to start a collection...
