    Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can help me identify the attached old toys?
they are all metal wheels etc, however they have no maker brands on them
the truck has a slotted screw between doors holding two halves together not phillips head and I have looked at Dent toys, however, I can't identify exactly. the tractors also have a slotted screw holding both halves togeter.
any help would be very much appreciated. you can contact me via e/mail

    thank you
    David.

Reproductions. The original would have been riveted and rubber tires. They also would have been cast much better.

Hi, AzTom, Thank you for your feedback, its funny how when you don't know about something and research yourself you get excited thinking it may be something it not.
The casting on the brighter red tractor is nothing like the truck and the other tractor, they seem to match up a lot better than the pictures I downloaded suggest, and the tyres could well be rubber albeit very hard now.
Is there a way to Work out when they may have been reproduced or what model they are a reproduction of.
      Thanks Again
      Dave.

They were copies of Arcade from the late 30's based on the rubber tires. It is common that some of these repos use the rubber tires as molds to cast them in iron.
Most of these repos were made in the 70's and later. Some get buried in the garden for a few years to make antiques. Most on them being made now are antiqued at the factory.

Great help thank you for helping me understand that, Interesting the lengths people go to in order to catch the uneducated out. I will be more diligent in future, and this is a great place to garner feedback in from. I can only hope thst some of the other bits I have collected over the years prove worthwhile.
Again cheers mate and thanks for the help.
      Regards David
