creepy mannequin

Hey there, I'm at a loss here. I've searched and searched on the internet for this mannequin. I'm not sure whether it's an actual antique, or maybe it's just really weathered. But I thinks it's pretty cool and interesting! It's only the head and torso, but it has holes where its arms and lower body would be attached. It has '1855' imprinted on its forehead, right above where the hairline would be. I'm not sure if anyone else would know about it, but any information would help!! Thank you!!
