    This is the best work that I have seen yet! The colours are exceptional.

    It is very hard to take a picture of it!

    I bought that at a Thrifty Store!

    I tried to find out from which movie, book or television it refers to and I found nothing Yet.

    It is a signed (please look at second image). The signature looks like GA but I am not sure.

      It's gotta be a scene from Thumbelina, the fairy tale by H.Ch. Anderson.
      The artwork is very beautiful, but i don't know who the artist is.

      Based on your information, I found that It was Mr. Mole proposing to Thumbelina. The name of the artist is Anne Graham Johnstone.

      Mystery solved!
